  This is my first time ever getting a custom frame on a piece, I have no knowledge in framing, what looks good or how it works. Dan was very helpful and responsive, he explained everything, gave me lots of options and sent me pictures of samples so that I could have a better idea on the end product. He answered all my questions within an hour and really put thoughts to helping me to get a really nice framing piece together. If he can't get back to me quickly on a question, he would still email me back to acknowledge that he had received my email and will get back to me on it, that is some amazing customer service that I really appreciate. I am really happy with the customized frame that I got from Framehouse Boutique, great service and really good quality work, I would definitely go back for future projects.
