  We presented Chantal with a tricky project : a large diptych which needed a particular background ....linen to be specific. Chantal worked hard to source the exact product ( not easy to track down here ) to deliver a wonderful result ...we are so thrilled and deeply appreciative for that extra effort she made.Fantastic to experience such care and service !

  I am an artist and Frame of Mind has been framing my work for over 25 years, for shows, exhibitions, for my clients, friends and family. Chantelle, the owner and operator has a keen eye, great framing skills and I highly recommend this framing shop. She is also a treat to work with and visiting her shop is a delight in itself - beautiful artwork everywhere!

  Not sure where these positive reviews are derived from. I was encouraged to visit the store because of these reviews but to my surprise the owner was very (and let me emphasize the word very) rude and obnoxious. It's one thing if you don't wish to serve clients but being extremely rude is not a sign of good business. I am not the type who would leave reviews but if you wish to spare yourself the poor customer service and the rude attitude then you're better off doing business with a reputable company that will cater to your needs (and let's be realistic here, probably at a cheaper price)
