  Great place to stay when visiting Niagara with family! We had a small issue with the room, and the front desk agents handled it superbly! We are very happy with the suites and the customer service. We will definitely return!

  Room was a little dated in its decor but it was also spacious and clean. Very good front desk service. Restaurant seemed a little pricey but it was relaxed with very good service.

  Decent place to stay for a couple nights. Staff are not the most helpful. Had a company vehicle hit in the parking lot by a plow. It's been 3 months. Still no call back from maintenance regarding the security footage. Surely it's gone now.

  Beautiful hotel. Looks more like a resort. Very affordable. Even negotiated breakfast into our stay. 10/10

  Good rooms clean with a lot of space neatly organized furnityre and comfortable beds. Room service delivers high quality food at a reasonable price. Good experience and helpful staff. Honestly it's a really good four star hotel
