  If you deal with the public in tires and automotive repair, you should reconsider doing business with the Chronicle Journal. They do not treat indigenous people with any decency.

  Had a wheel allignment done on our cube truck. Did a good job and price was exactly what they originally quoted me. Good job guys.

  They tried ripping me off and selling me a battery that I didn't need and I will never return to that place again

  The staff at fountain tire were totally awesome. .big thumbs up to JP who went way beyond his duties to get me back on the road and for his assistance in helping me get around while I was there..I would and will gladly recommend Fountain Tire to anyone who needs automotive assistance when they are in or near Thunder Bay Ontario. .

  On my journey from Ontario to the west coast, I ran into some car trouble. I did a walk-around visual check every morning, before hitting the highway.The signal lights on my brand new cargo trailer were not working this particular morning. So I pulled into Fountain Tire before opening time. I noticed that most of the bays were full of vehicles to be serviced. As soon as the doors opened, I went in and explained my predicament, and stressed I was on a tight schedule. Well, within a very few minutes, someone was taking care of the problem. All was repaired in about ten minutes. I expressed my gratitude for the speedy service. But what impressed me the most was the camaraderie among the employees. And their cheerfulness spilled over to their customer, me. My thanks and praise do not come easily, but this bunch deserve it. So, do they deserve a five-star rating? Absolutely.>>>Gregr
