  Went in to patch a tire from a nail damage but ended up learning that there was no puncture to the tire as it went only through the tread. They were honest and didn't charge anything for the service. Will definitely come back here if I need any service done. Thank you!

  They have always been good to work with for my tires however my last rotation the told me my front brakes were "less than 1mm of thickness" since they should be 12mm new that indicated to me they needed to be changed right away. They offered to do the work but I decided I would change the pads myself. I ordered the new pads from Ford, got the tires off and too my shock there was 5mm left on each pad, ON EACH TIRE!!! Very different than the "less than 1mm" they had told me a month ago!!! I thought these guys at fountain tire had more integrity than that and would be honest given all the consumer reports on how greasy auto shops can be. Well now I'm looking for a new tire shop, I don't conduct my life with that amount of dishonesty and I don't want to support anyone who does.

  Outstanding service! They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my truck, order in parts, and complete the repair with exceptional professionalism. Nate kept me informed on the status of the repair and was great to work with.

  Bought winter tires on offer...4 for 3 and $80 rebate. Easy to deal with on the phone and very helpful in person. What's not to like?

  I have purchased A couple sets of tires from this location. I don't know any names of employees or have any sort of relationship with them beyond buying tires and going in occasionally to get my tires topped up to the proper pressure. They are always accommodating. Even stopping on a very busy day (first day after about 10 cm of snow) to top up my tires without even making an appointment. This is a great tire shop and I would recommend it to anyone.
