  * Friendly, Quick, Completed when promised, Reasonable parts and labor prices. * Willing to allow me to drop off old tires and metal replacement parts without charge. I liked it that the service rep didn't interrupt his service to me and take phone calls. He was polite to everyone he had to put on hold. He also took the time to look up parts prices and labor costs for a repair job which I asked him about, but didn't commit to at this time.

  You know people are honest when you go telling them: "I have a punctured winter tire. I am ready to buy a new pair if needed". "We'll see if we can repair it for you". An hour later they tell you: "You had a nail in it, the tire was still 70% so worth repairing it safely, and we repaired it for you. $39.85. Thank you". In my book that's in the "how to get a repeat customer" chapter.
