  Jason and the team are always looking out for my family and I. We've been in plenty of situations where they do not hesitate to take our calls and get us out of trouble, even if we haven't seen them in a while. Most notable cases have been a faulty brake light switch keeping the vehicle stuck in park at a gas station, and a failed crank sensor leaving the vehicle in limp mode just before a road trip. In both cases, a long phone conversation got us on the road enough to park safely and have the parts replaced. This is only a few of the many other occurrences that these professionals have helped us with our transportation needs. Their long-term technicians have always given honest service and are true to their work. Regardless of the franchise title, this shop has a great atmosphere once you develop a good rapport, which isn't very hard to do. I'm not the best customer since I do a lot of mechanical work myself but they treat me like I was a regular and I will always bring anything I can't handle to them. When anyone asks for a place in Regina to have their vehicle serviced, a recommendation to Vic Ave Fountain Tire is always something I give them.

  It was my bad experience with this place . I came to fix air leak from one of my tires. they told me 45 $ p.t. and took my car and in 10 min told that it was impossible to fix the tire and there were more 2 problem tires , I guess they wanted me to buy their new tires or smth like that. from that place i went to some garage and they fixed it for 25$ and didnt see any problems and so far all my tires are good. The second star for free coffee

  Had some tires installed on my truck here and they convinced me to go with balance beads and now truck shakes! Called them you try and see if they'll help me out but they just wanna scam me another 200 plus taxes for a weight balance! Guaranty I won't be dealing with these guys again!

  SUPERB service. We had an emergency cracked rim on our Range Rover. Good luck trying to get a Landrover rim in Regina. The closest dealer is in Saskatoon and they did not have a spare! (Pathetic) The guys at Fountain Tire spent nearly 2 hours trying to find a rim with the same offset pattern. Eventually, they located a Camaro rim and we could continue our journey. An overnight stay would have cost us for all our prepaid hotels on our journey back to Toronto. Apart from excellent service and good value, these guys were super responsive to our situation, and provided a customer experience that even the biggest companies (anywhere) aspire to offer. WELL DONE. Thank you.

  I had a great experience at fountain tire when one of my tires blew out at 4:45pm on my way to an appointment. After a kind stranger had help me change my tire to a spare I drove to a competitor tire company and was advised that it would be a 2 week wait, and that they didn't do emergencies. After feeling disgruntled I remembered that fountain tire was not very far away. The staff were exceptionally nice, and quickly figured out a solution for me that would work. They went the extra mile by staying late after hours despite having lots of other work to do to help me out. They also did changed my tire promptly as I had to be in Moose Jaw early the next morning. Thanks for the awesome customer service, it was much appreciated!
