  After several emails to the head office they finally agreed to allow store credit on an item purchased at Christmas. Word of advice. If the store won't help you out then contact their head office and you may have better success. Shouldn't have had to go that far on a reasonable request. Buyer beware.

  Be prepared to aimlessly follow your girlfriend around for hours while she tries on almost everything in the store and then still doesn't buy anything. Not much in the way of guy clothes.

  Not much for guy clothing but either way, the guy clothing aren't very good or appealing to me. I guess it's just not my kind of style. 2 stars :/

  Sporting men's wear and a plus sized section on two floors, this particular branch of Forever 21 has me wanting to come back. The only piss off is that while I'm regularly sized as a large elsewhere, I'm a 2x here and oftentimes plus sized clothing doesn't go on sale with regular items(outerwear was on sale for 50% off but not any plus sized coats). Sized for very petite women but quality is good for the price.
