  Flowers On Top are artists. Their medium is flowers and plants, and they are truly exceptional at producing jaw-dropping arrangements that won't be seen anywhere else. I've used Flowers On Top for many years for personal and corporate gifts, and always find their work to be so well received and appreciated by whoever receives them that I've stopped using anyone else. They're the best.
