  My girlfriend loved the flowers I ordered online, they arrived on time and the company was very quick to respond to my email when I asked them if they could deliver around a particular time of day.

  Had issues with the arrangement I purchased, but they were resolved in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the resolution. Excellent customer service.

  If I could Give no stars I would. Went in there on Friday looking to get flowers for my Grandmothers funeral service the following week, Understandably it is right after Christmas so we knew we may not get what we wanted BUT we walk into flower town and someone says they will be right with us, 10 mins go by still no one, a girl behind the counter was chatting about personal things with a lady another 10 mins go by and my aunt walks up to the counter and the girl goes ill be with you in a moment, I should note the first girl that tole us to wait asked us what we needed and we said funeral for following week. So the girl ask us again what we need and we tell her and she says " Oh, were closed actually all next week, Were going to CUBA. " Thanks for making us wait a half an hour in total when the first girl could have told us they were closed. No one was pleasant or kind We went to a different shop and got THE best service , never giving flower towne my business ever again.

  I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. They were delivered within 2 hours of placing the order online! Really fast, easy to use service, for those special occasions. I will definitely recommend Flower Towne and will use their service again.
