  I have used Floor Designs for the past 15+ years and I have never been disappointed with the service I receive or the product I get. They are not pushy, they are knowledgeable about their products and are very helpful at making suggestions to accommodate your needs and your budget. There installers are polite, professional and tidy! I keep going back for all my flooring needs. You will NOT be disappointed.

  First Class Professionals! They were helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy. My husband and I had specific requirements for the durability of our floors and they were honest about recommending the right product for our use. It was obvious from our first meeting that customer satisfaction is their priority and they never made us feel inferior for our lack of knowledge. In addition, their installers were polite, professional and they cleaned up every bit of mess before they left. Our floors look great. I highly recommend this company.

  The gentleman in there was VERY helpful and not pushy at all. They had a good selection and he gave good alternative suggestions.
