::Staff were very friendly and nice ppl so I feel bad complaining but just want to share in my experience. First went in to book my honeymoon and was told I would receive a quote and itinerary by the next day. 3 days passed and I did not receive anything so I called and they said they were short staffed and would send something later that day. I then received something 2 days later. I then wanted to book and got an email saying they would call me to book before closing and 5 minutes before closing still no call so I called them. I told them I felt like I kept having to chase them around to get answers or book things and they apologized and said they were short staffed. Anyways we booked the trip and I had asked them to check with my hotel about early Check in and a shuttle service. About a week before my trip I emailed to ask if they got an answer on this and I received no response but two days later got what I assumed was an automative email wishing me a good trip and if I had any questions to ask- to which I responded "yes I did have questions I emailed you two days ago and haven't heard back" got no response. Now a few days after my trip I got another automotive email saying she hoped I had a good trip and to let her know how it was lol just makes me laugh
