  Better than fast food. Decent burgers, and they give you lots of fries. If you don't want gluten, you can get a "lettuce bun".

  I'd been to a different Five Guys before, but this one had very disappointed food. It wasn't very flavourful, the cheese tastes almost like plastic and there wasn't even any milkshakes. It wasn't bad per say, just very disappointing.

  Food is good (usually), but everything is over sized and priced accordingly. This location is a nice walk from home and has a few tables to enjoy the few warm evenings in Ottawa. I prefer A&W.

  Worth every penny. Best Burger and comfort food joint ever! Awesome service as well.

  This place is amazing!! Great price, great burger, great quantities, AMAZING SERVICE! Every time my boyfriend and I leave here we're super in a good mood because the people working are all super nice, friendly and cheerful and literally make us stoked for our food. The music is always bumpin' and awesome too. This is our favorite place to grab burgers and fries for sure. Highly recommend.
