::A great local gem. It's very new and the exhibits are really well done. Good mix for kids of all ages - our five year old loves that they let them wear fire jackets while they play, and our two year old loves playing in the doghouse. Really well optimized for groups of kids with lots of open spaces for storytime or free-play, while some exhibits are not meant to touch/climb on - but are clearly marked. Super friendly staff including a retired fire chief, and plenty to keep us busy for the morning. It's a bit off the beaten path and wasn't very busy. They don't charge admission, but will accept donations. Kids have been begging to go back ever since

::This is a run by donation little place that displays equipment, centenary fire trucks, etc. The staff is happy to explain the display to the kids and there's coffee for the parents (just bring your change to donate it!
Lisa Singleton
::Such a great place for both adults and kids.
Monica Schmidt
::It's well curated and the volunteer staff are passionate about the museum and it's contents. There are enough interactive opportunities that high energy kids/people would enjoy the experience. It's a unique place to learn about the history of firefighters in Calgary as well as their current role in our community. Worth a visit.
