  Ended up with what I wanted BUT upon arriving there was a sign that said "Back in 10 minutes". About 30 minutes later the employee finally showed up. Definitely would not visit this location again.

  Bad service. He said to give me the cellphone case when I signed a new phone, but later charged me 40 dollers more! I cannot return the case because it was open.

  Sole was employee sitting alone in the store on his phone. I was trying to get help on setting up a new account (second time in store as their 'system was down' the day before). Would not honour offer by employee from previous day. Starts to lecture me about wasting his time. Sorry I interrupted you gaming on your phone to make you do 10min of work. Then starts fighting with me. Attitude like a mother. You're supposed to help me like it's your job, not talk down to me about how much money I have. So I left to go back to Fido at Rideau. Much more helpful. Avoid at all costs. I'm not even joking.

  One thing that I disliked is that in order to close the account, you cannot do i lt from their stores, only on the phone call, and when you have a data plan only, thag can become quite tricky.
