  Dr Fenton has been good, however for 3 years in a row, my son who has a vascular stent has to have ct with his follow up appointments. Well every year. Drs orders aren't processed. No ct requisition has been sent. No blood work req before ct. So every year he has his ct late, after I call everyone to set it up. The purpose of appointment with specialist is to see how the stent looks on ct and how he is doing.. I have been a nurse for 25 yrs. It is infuriating that everyone passes the buck. I can't imagine the lay person who doesn't have a clue how things are supposed to work.. so his appointment this morning was with no ct as he has to wait a week later, as the req was late .who is accountable? Disgusting.
