  Ridiculously good service! When it was difficult for me to get to the store before it closed, they offered to deliver the item to my home. That kind of service is tough to find these days.

  I have just recently ordered flooring and back-splash tile from FEEL. I found the owner to be quite knowledgeable, professional and patient.

  F.E.E.L. Flooring, headed up by a very knowledgeable "owner-in-the-store", has taken care of our carpet needs for decades. And, now she is donating carpets to a worthy fundraiser cause that I am involved in. I think she is a very special person with a fabulous selection of products to choose from.

  I dropped in to FEEL flooring, with no appointment, and dealt with the owner whom I found to be very polite and helpful. She spent at least an hour with me discussing various options for my kitchen and bathroom floors. I wonder how pleasant and polite the person who found her rude was. You get what you sow.
