  I visited this establishment a couple years ago and today I got a cold call from one of the employees; I guess they're hungry for business. One of the buttons on my watch had caught on my coat and gotten bent. I went here to have it replaced. I clearly explained the problem, even showing the sales person how the watch was damaged. Apparently they don't actually do anything more than replace watch bands and batteries in the shop so they source out all the real repairs out to a different facility. A week later I get my watch back and even though they had allegedly replaced the button it was still in the exact same condition. At least I can give them credit for not putting up a fuss when I said that I wasn't paying them. In the future I'll be supporting local businesses that are able to actually do repairs themselves.
