  Worst company ever no refunds what so ever even if you have receipt

  A "HORRIFIC SOUL- DESTROYING STORE" ! I purchased three very nice winter coats that started falling apart after their very first use. Two were unworn but I decided to return them all (The Zippers were garbage). I spent over $500.00 and was not allowed to get my money back, even after the clerk said all these coats had been returned due to defects. Now here is the nasty catch. I am a 62 year old man and everything in the extremely limited men's section is for guys under 40 so there was not a single item suitable for me, and I had to spend the $500.00 right then and there or no luck! There is a no refund policy! I threatened to tell everyone entering the store that they should run away, and fast. I was told they would call security and have me removed. I told them they couldn't do that because I "HAD" to stay in the store to get my $500.00 worth. Catch-22. They gave me a gift certificate to get me out of there. So now I'm going to try and get Visa to freeze the funds. The nastiest staff ever, except for one young girl who did what she could to help and left the store after we were done because she couldn't take it anymore. Management actually swore at me! Awful place.

  This store has the worst customer service ever!!! The sales associate didn't great or anything and she was being sassy and sarcastic. It was my first and last visiting this store, I'm not coming back for sure. I called to the store to let them about my horrible experience and I found out that the person who I thought was the sale associate ended being the store manager (blonde older lady)!!! So yes the store manager is the one with the terrible customer service skills.

  Everything is priced super cheaply however they only really carry size xs-m. Anything larger is almost non-existing at this location. Store is super jam packed to where it's hard to walk around. Waited in line for a cashier for over 5mins to the point where I had to go and find the employee and tell her I was done. And there was a line up at the cash of people waiting. To give some perspective the store is very small and you can see the cash from anywhere you are in the front. Cashier was super standoffish. Unless you are desperate for cheap clothes and you happen to be able to only go to this mall I would avoid this location. By far the worst fair weather I've been to.

  We were visiting and went to the mall too shop. Great deals at fair weather so we bought clothes, I'm normally a small med and never have issues . There sizing I feel is way off, med was like extra small. Also husband same issue. 2 sizes smaller then his normal size. So with receipt and tags we returned 2 days later for store credit. She refused and showed us the return policy. But never have I shoped were store credit would be an issue. So in a panic ( we had plans within 1/2 hour. Feeling the process was simple, ) we had to find clothes of the same value as the receipt, were in a rush so I feel we got ripped off by having to pressure buy. The girl was rude and standoffish ( blonde older lady) needless to say we won't shop there and neither our friends or family.
