  I went in to CitiFinancial at the time it was still called that to take a loan. I was young and had no clue what an interest rate was. This company is criminal and should not be allowed. 34.99% interest?! Are you out of your mind? Just give it a few years and they'll have to change their business name again. Whatever anyone does, DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.
