  Buy the tub of cream cheese and share it among your group without getting them to put cream cheese - much cheaper. Amazing bagels. Try one of each flavour and share among your group...

  This is a tradition that you have to see smell the bagels cooking and eat their bagels - I think they are the best in Montreal - the home of bagel. They are always busy. There is always a line. But it moves fast. This is where I go for bagels- hot, you cannot resist to take a bite of their Everything bagels.

  In the middle of the afternoon we went to this amazing bagel shop. Its a small shop and there's no tables or chairs. You just buy the bagels and the fillings (cream cheese, etc). We ate outside. We get bagels and pretzels. Both delicious.

  Not impressed. Kept hearing about how amazing this place is but they don't even make their own cream cheese. We had to cut our own bagels in half and use regular Philadelphia cream cheese. No place to sit and it's cash only. Will not be returning.

  Really, there's not much to say about this place that's probably not been said. This is a Montreal staple, an institution. You owe it to yourself to try one their bagels, especially when they come straight out of the oven. Skip the reviews, this is a no nonsense type of place. The straight dope: Bagels!
