  Dumpy and old. Good Marriott Service but if you are solving for points go to the Town Place for a cleaner experience with better breakfast. P.S. I'm sorry you're looking for hotels in Sudbury

  Great place to stay. It was the cheapest and best rated when we traveled. The breakfast is like no other contanental breakfast. Bacon eggs plus plus plus. Next time we are in town we will be staying here.

  Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Ethernet jack was not working, had to purchase wireless adaptor. Not as many amenities as other hotels in the area, but perhaps because I was in the disability suite (short notice booking). Good breakfast provided.
