::I had purchased a phone feb 21, 2018, the phone didnt work as i expected, brought it back to the store march 12, and was dealing with uncooperative employee in sales.. The cashier paged the manager Jessica to the front and because it was late she did try to help me with what i was seeking, . I returned the next day and she informed me that she would be able to help me with my request...Jessica was very professional at both times and made me feel satisfied with her service.. ::They sold me a used and broken drone that they claimed was new. Even tho i showed them the broken parts and the missing parts and the dirt on it, they still claimed it was brand new.

::Stay away from this place. The worst customer service. The worst product quality. Stay away and spend your money wisely elsewhere. The staff was rude. People were leaving super angry. To return or exchange anything, you have to go to the back of the store and stay in line for 30-40 min, because the only staff member was busy inserting a SIM card into the unhappy client’s phone for testing purposes. When I approached the manager or whoever he was, he was very annoyed and didn’t care that a client had a reasonable request about the defective product. Cashier as well - she just kept telling me “sorry, noting i can do, you must wait for the staff (who was busy with the SIM card)”. Nobody seems to care about anyone at the store. Angry clients were just leaving the place as I was there. Very upsetting.
