  We are first time parents to be and just wanted to mention the great customer service from Amanda, she did everything she could to provide the information about the products we were interested in and also was very knowledgeable about products that we were inquiring about, they also helped my boyfriend load the dresser and crib into our truck, we are very pleased with our first experience at Fab Baby Gear and will definitely be returning!

  Tried more than once to purchase items in this store but staff were unhelpful. Most recently were quite rude while trying to find baby outfits for winter. Will not be going back again despite wanting to shop local.

  Nice stuff, local and Canadian made selections, pretty much everything baby. Furniture, many kinds of baby wearing gear, maternity wear and breastfeeding wear, super cute baby outfits, lotions, feeding gear, etc. It can be expensive, some people say it is more for that one cute shower gift or a big group item. Very helpful and friendly staff.

  Walked in looking for a special gift for my expecting best friend. Over half a dozen staff standing at the register talking loudly, the lights kept being turned off and on as tho they were testing something and not a single person approached me once. I left checking the door to make sure they were in fact open because they made me feel as though I was intruding. They were. Won't be returning again.

  For most of my visits, I was ignored by the sales staff (even when they were available/not busy). Several times, they chose to greet someone else who walked in but not me (even though they have seen me browsing the store for quite a while already...more than 10 minutes). I do not like their impolite attitude and how they selectively greet some customers but not others. To be fair, for my most recent visit, I was actually greeted by a staff member (and so I was very pleasantly surprised)! They definitely need to work on training their staff to be consistently polite and greeting customers.
