  Thank you for upgraded room. Just a difficult process for parking. Also, few more renovations are needed like Rfid locks. Nice staff and clean rooms.

  The rooms are great. They clean them nicely. Very accommodating and understanding. The locations is good, they provide good shuttle service as well

  Location is easily accessible and nearby to a Canada Line Station. Hotel is very clean and event room was very spacious. Service was excellent and cleaned after each day perfectly.

  The room decor is fairly dated and needs some updating. There was an odor in the room when we arrived. Then next day using the shower the water wasn’t draining. We found that the water was draining into the closet and all our clothes and suitcase were soaked. There was then a strong odor of mold throughout the suite. We went to use the pool and once finished using there was no towels to use so had to put clothes wet. Edit: a day after leaving we all started to notice bites on our body most likely bed bugs. We are now going home to clean everything to ensure we didn’t bring any home with us.

  I love this hotel. Close to the airport with great shuttle service. There are three wings this should have you covered no matter what your need. One tower has basic guest rooms nothing special just a normal hotel room another has Suites that have kitchenettes and the third has fully furnished two and three-bedroom apartments including laundry rooms. One of my favorite bars is right next door and has access from the lobby. The surrounding area of Richmond is great lots of shopping restaurant and grocery store options within walking distance. A light rail station is also a five minute walk away that can take you downtown easily for a few dollars.
