  The woman who owns/runs this place is rude and doesn't understand customer service. Came in here to print something and I needed to access the internet to print something, I didn't need the internet to browse, just to print. I asked her if I could use the internet, not in our interaction did she say that it would cost money, she just say "ya!" really encouragingly. When I my bill got run up on the cash register, I was so confused, because in the past I was charged for made up services like "helping fee" because I needed instructions on how to use the copying machine. I questioned why it was so expensive and she immediately turned sour and defensive and her attitude overall was very ugly. She never mentioned that there would be a fee when I asked to use the computer, such a scam. I don't understand how this place stays a float, she closes the shop early without leaving any signs as to why, and she's just very RUDE. I haven't met someone this rude in Toronto for a while. If you own a store, and are not good with customer service, let someone else do it for you. I won't be returning here. BTW, all the positive reviews on here are fake. No name attached? suspicious...

  I used this store to send a package by Fedex. The lady in the store did a sloppy job and poorly attached the labels to my package. The package included several important documents (passports), and the label fell off while transiting to the destination in US. The package went missing for a week until a Fedex agent found it based on my description of the contents, and create a new label for it. Made my life miserable for a week.

  Printing is 10 cents per page, but it costs over a dollar to use the computer to stick the USB and print the document. Not worth the cost for that alone.

  These guys know what service is! Absolutely professional, courteous and a host of services make Evershine a one-stop shop for all your printing, shipping, and business services needs. They have some great discounts for students also. I got a free coffee mug and a pen!!
