  I had used Enterprise for years as my go-to until I had to deal with the lady who manages the Steeles location. She has a terrible disposition and is outright rude. I've spoken with 4 other people who have had the same experience. I've since taken my weekly rentals across the street to Bristol and they confirmed they get a lot of business because of the same lady. Maybe Enterprise needs to invest in some training for their disgruntled employees so their misery doesn't seep on to the sales floor

  I had a rental booked through Enterprise so that I could have the transmission fixed on my car. The rental was made 3 days in advance. The day my car is supposed to go in for servicing and I am supposed to pick up the rental and Enterprise employee arrives and once I am in the car, which I assume to be my rental, the employee says they have no vehicles and is going to take me home - meanwhile I am supposed to be leaving for a trade show. Enterprise did nothing to resolve the situation, and their customer service and organization were non-existent. Utterly dismal service.

  Great service. They were amazing. Got me up in running in no time. Also gave me a great rate that they didn't have to.

  Excellent customer service. I left some stuff in the trunk when returned the vehicle. When i got there after the weekend to pick it up , the staff was so kind to load the heavy bags of soil in to my car. Thank you very much
