::Most everything was a smooth experience. Although, they do not accept discover card even though it let me hold that on my reservation and they do in the United States. There was little to no help to resolve the issues. I had to go through multiple outlets to find any form of payment.

::We were overcharged for the number of drivers, we thought the Cosco membership allowed an extra driver but, we were overcharged $60. Otherwise the car was in good shape and clean as was the childrens' car seat. We followed up on the charge and was told the bill would be adjusted. I have not see an adjusted bill. Usually I find Enterprise to follow through on their commitments.

::My Enterprise rental from another location had a flat tire upon my arrival from Toronto. Staff switched me out cars and had me on my way out of Winnipeg as quickly as possible. Most staff are friendly, helpful and super at what they do~having puppy dog eyes and looking all sad helps apparently!! Nice job :)

::Hands down the best rental car company out there. We recently rented from Budget ( BIG MISTAKE) and didn't realize how great Enterprise was by comparison. Enterprise even sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted some guidance around best restaurants and things to do while I was traveling. Budget by comparison left us stranded when their tire blew and then telling us we'd have to get to the airport if we wanted a replacement car.( while noting they couldn't guarantee we'd get a replacement car). I dropped the car off the next morning instead of the night before and they said there was no issue. They didn't even charge extra. They also didn't make me feel guilty for not taking their insurance. That had to be a first. They could teach the other rental companies a thing or two about customer service. Thanks Enterprise
