  I always have excellent service here, they were very accommodating when I had to get a rental(s) through an insurance claim --- the lady who forgot her sun glasses in the 2017 Nissan Rogue

  Swift and Efficient desk service. Pickup/Drop off service is handy and makes up for th e fact that you can't leave your car there during rental period. My first rental choice.

  Amazing! Dealt with Derick. After a disgusting experience with the KingsWay location Derick was great to deal with. Very quick and efficient service. Had exactly what I required and he was extremely professional and friendly. It truly was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you.

  I've never had any issues the few times I needed to rent a car. The staff is friendly, they have decent hours allowing you to get on the road by 7:30-8am and they will pick you up to bring you to their location. Good rates and they have a good loyalty program

  I've been dealing with this Regent street location for over 10 years now. I've had nothing but great and friendly service each and every time. They weren't happy till I was happy. I still call around to find the best price on rentals, and I keep finding myself going here. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a car rental.
