  Not very detailed they don't give us all the information that they don't give us the information on exactly when the car has to be back so they almost wanted to charge me for a full day they're not clear with that and when you want to rebook for an appointment they forget about you and leave you hanging for days until you call them back so not very professional and lack of the courtesy of client service very busy spot you have to wait a long time to get service

  Great service. Few cars available on site, but they'll do a good job bringing cars from other branches.

  Great service and friendly staff! Very accommodating. Julian is sick and “Money Makin’ Mitch” is pretty rad. Also gotta shout out my dog Robbie for preppin’ the ride. Atta boy, boys!

  The service we recieved was so incredible it will be hard for my Husband and I to ever choose another location to rent from. We've dealt with rental car companies quite a few times now and we've never had employees be so kind, compassionate and good to us! Any little hiccup that came up along the way they were there to help and make it work. We were so astonished. Tara and Julien were the ones that served us in all the steps of the way and they were seriously so incredible!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us with our move from Toronto and for just making our lives so much easier. These employees go above and beyond to help people and that, my friends, is amazing customer service!

  Service was good, everyone was super nice. They even drove me around to pick up my credit card because I didn’t have mine on hand. Drop off was smooth, I even left the rental at my garage and they picked it up. Thanks for coordinating for me Julian! Cheers
