  Dr rourke is an amazing dr who. I would recommend in a heart beat he is kind caring and gentle and so incredibly patient with my children! Thank you for being such a top notch dr!!

  We have been trying desperately to get my daughter seen by an ENT that could help her. After 2 failed attempts with Dr. Schramm at CHEO we had a terrible experience with him twice. We asked for a second opinion, we were then given a referral to Dr Girard at this clinic; however, she was not able to help as she will no longer be doing surgeries. So we were then transferred to Dr. Rourke and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the way he interacted with my daughter and I. I have never before felt so acknowledged by a doctor, he listened to everything I had to say, never interrupted or made me feel rushed. Took his time to explain everything so that I fully understood, made my daughter feel comfortable during her nostril scope! She was so calm and he was so reassuring, took his time .... she didn't squeeze my hand once! I have never felt more satisfied with an appointment until now! Dr. Rourke you are an amazing human being and an incredible Dr. Don't ever loose that ... you have restored my faith that great doctors still exist and for that I am truly thankful .. you have no idea what this means to us ... thank you for helping my daughter!
