  We didn’t like the mattress at all. When we said we’d like to return it, they gave the option of sending us a mattress topper, to see if that helped. It got here quickly, which was nice. Then we opened it, and it’s just a big piece of foam. No cover. I was told I could just lay it on top of the mattress, or I could undo the mattress cover and put it in there. No thanks. If I’m gonna spend $900 on a mattress, I don’t want to have an uncovered piece of foam on top, to struggle with. Nor do I want to build my own bed. They also sent the wrong size topper. I emailed them to let them know we wanted to return it. They didn’t get back to me right away like all the other times I emailed them. When they did get back, they told me it would be a 3 week wait to pick it up. I had already stated to them that this is a time-sensitive issue. So looks like we’re probably stuck with a mattress we hate. My husband now sleeps on the couch. I should have just gone with what I originally wanted. Tuft and Needle have a wonderful mattress, which is what we’re going to get. The only reason we picked Endy, was because it was Canadian made. Thanks Endy

  Have been enjoying my Endy mattress for over a year now. I needed a softer mattress so this met my need. To fine tune it a bit I did add a mattress topper. The thickness was also ideal as I prefer a bed that isn't too high. Easy to turn every six month as instructed. Delivery and customer service - fine.

  I left a negative review on their website and it did not show up. I think something fishy is going on with their ratings. I bought a queen size Endy mattress 3 months ago. My issue is the smell. The mattress STINKS of chemicals. Imagine opening a can of paint and putting your nose 1” away from the can and sniffing. That is what the mattress smelt like for the first month. Diminishes over time but after 3 months is still not gone. Yes the mattress is extremely comfortable, but it’s also turns your bedroom into a toxic stink room. I think any negative comments about the smell mysteriously disappear from their website.

  Their mattress is just okay. Not the firmness that we expected. The return is NOT smooth. They make it sound great, but it's an inconvenience. They have partners that only service specific areas. And they are not available everyday. They only pick 2 days in a week. Which does not helps us out cause we both have work and no one's home during weekday.

  I was a bit let down in the customer service part of my experience for the following reasons: 1) I waited a week to receive notice that my shipment will be sent 2) The VERY same day I received this notice (6am ) -- a few hours later my shipment came ??? I had no way to prepare or even have knowledge that something was being delivered that day -- I was at work ! 3) Thank Goodness for a VERY helpful UPS driver -- who coordinated a time with me to come back + re-deliver my mattress. I was disappointed in this as I had to literally scramble to get back home; I would have hoped that this 'ready for shipment' email was sent a few days prior so that I would had time to prepare. Few other notables: 1) Be prepared to haul 70lbs (queen) mattress to your apt 2) There is a scent to the mattress (probably from plastic) that lingers after you unravel all the plastic. My hope is Endy invests MORE time into customer service, especially provided that we are paying a good chunk of change for this product. On the Plus side: The instructions are super easy to follow and the mattress is VERY comfortable ! I love it enough to keep my mattress !
