  No one ever answers the phone. Ever. You're not a retail store, you're an embassy. Pick up your phone..

  The Consulate only operates from 9:00 a:m– 12:00 p:m. You have 3 hours to complete your business, otherwise come back the next day. Extremely inconvenient for anyone travelling from afar.
