  Recently, we have seen an increase in demand from our clients with regards to legalization of documents for use in Libya. As such we have been greatly satisfied with the communication we have had with the Embassy staff. Their process is straight forward, and so is ours. Thank you from the ALSC Team

  This embassy and individuals who are working here do not have knowledge, nor have respect. This embassy must shut down as it is misrepresentation to all Libyans living in Canada. Remembering the old days, when we sent emails and phone calls and they got back to us, but know the mail box is always full, and if we sent a call or anything they never answer. This is Shameful, and we need change. 1 Star is even to much for them.

  Absolute worst representation of Libya and it's people. Extremely unprofessional service, that's IF you get through to them via the phone. You need to dedicate an entire day sitting by the phone and redialing to MAYBE get someone to pick up the phone. Don't even bother emailing, it will get lost in space. The people who work in this office are nothing short of unknowledgeable, unhelpful, uncivilized, shallow, and just plain rude. I have tried contacting them multiple times since January 2013, and the very few times I have been able to speak to someone they ignore my concern because I'm a single female. Yes, they have told me that directly. A man by the name of Ali specifically told me to get a man to call on my behalf because I'm "not a man and men understand the system" and I know nothing. Just ridiculous governmental practices, and a shame they are allowed to operate with this disgusting attitude in Canada. Complete embarrassment to Libya, especially after the fight for freedom. I wish I could say things will get better, but over a year later now, the same clowns in Ottawa making a mockery of Libya. I suggest staying away from this joke of an "embassy." Save yourself the headache and waste of time.
