  They cancelled my massage 2 hours before the appointment and offered no discount on my next one. Prior to this I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax, it took over an hour, was excessively painful and was incomplete. Don't waste your time, skin, or money.

  I've been seeing Chad for the last year and am always so pleased with the work he does. If you want a deep massage, you should go see him. I have tried several massage therapists for my chronic back pains, and he has helped the most. The clinic is always very clean, relaxing and the receptionists are always very nice to chat with.

  Shows no understanding Have been a customer here for many years; however, despite being a regular customer, the staff were unwilling to wave a same day cancellation fee after my spouse's flight was delayed resulting in her missing a connection and having to overnight in another province. There was absolutely nothing we could do as the flight was cancelled the night before our appointment and after hours of operation. When I called when they opened at 8am the next day I was told we would still have to pay the fee. We'll be taking our business elsewhere
