  I switched from another yoga studio because of their flexible schedule. 6:15 am full, challenging classes, up to 9:00 pm full classes, and so many, many classes in-between! The teachers and staff are all no friendly and skilled.

  Really nice studio, excellent teachers. They have done a great job creating an intimate space in a smaller location.

  I’ve taken two classes and so far I quite enjoy my experience there. The atmosphere is a bit different from another studio I used to go to but the instructors are great and super friendly. It does seem to cater to a younger crowd and they’re pretty chatty which I find a little disruptive (at the beginning of class).

  Never thought I'd like yoga. Tried it once, and I am now hooked. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended
