  Friendly staff, private and clean. Parking is heated, underground and free just isn't clear when you first pull in. Bring up your parking pass for validation.

  I came for an ultrasounds for my first time ever and the technician what the nicest person I have ever met. She was very informative and was able to give me information on what was in the image. HIGHLY recommend this place!

  I came in for imaging shortly before closing time on a Friday. As someone who works in retail, I'm well aware of how annoying it can be to have people come in when you are mere minutes away from clocking out, and I felt bad for coming in when I did. I'm sure that the staff were not thrilled about it either, but they still fit me in right away, did a thorough job with my imaging, and were friendly and easygoing. Many thanks to the staff who accommodated me, it did not go unnoticed! PS - As another reviewer mentioned, it is pretty weak to have pay parking here. But it's certainly not EFW's fault. Next time I"ll just park on the street.

  If you can, go elsewhere. A week ago I received a call to move my specialist appointment back by a month, the staff was able to fit me in within 6 days and gave me all the confirmation information. They called on Friday afternoon to confirm my appointment, however I wasn't able to call back until after they were closed so I left a voicemail confirming my appointment. This morning, the day of my appoitment, they called and left a message to rebook my appointment. I called back to explain I confirmed my appointment a week ago AND via voicemail on Saturday, however so far they have not been able to resolve the situation, nor rebook my appointment which I have already waited months for. There is clearly an issue with their booking and confirmation process and this is the 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled on the day of without warning. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.

  Worst place ever for patients.paid parking is joke when they take there sweet ass time. Over booking.other patients come in after you and they recive services right away.by the way this is fie the foothills hospital location
