  Beautiful place for a banquet. The buffet was delicious as was the hall. The staff are beautiful friendly and helpful. Good prices on rooms. I have no complaints. Amazing hotel.

  After Reading all the Reviews I'm very concerned about staying here. Hopefully our room is Clean and staff are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't want my baby playing on dirty rugs and sleeping on dirty bedding...Any Recent Reviews from your stay would be greatly Appreciated . Our room is paid already so hopefully our stay is Decent???

  This is my first time in this hotel and I really love the nature theme inside the hotel close to the reception desk. The atmosphere inside the hotel is very beautiful. I will give 4 stars because I am yet to lodge there. Their catering service is superb and I love the food. Their staffs are very polite, welcoming and charming. The hotel is close to the downtown and just by the old airport. Looking forward to see more of this hotel.

  I had an awful experience at this hotel. They boast on rates being affordable, yes they are, however the service and rooms do not reflect the cost at all. We sat in the lounge for 45 mins after they were supposed to be open, no one in sight, I had to go to the front desk to get them to call someone to open the bar. Same happened the next morning as we were sitting in the restaurant to be served and a maintenance guy had to track down the server?! This is the worst experience, service wise I have ever had. The rooms are also out dated and small, to pay 130 a night I would expect a bit more professionalism and nicer rooms. I won't be returning.

  Phenomenal experience at this hotel. I stayed here after our conference with a coworker and had an amazing night. Reservation was done by a guy who gave us a good deal though I did not catch his name. I was allowed an early check in - at no extra charge. Raj at reception took good care of me. He made sure that we had everything taken care of. My thanks to him for all the help and giving us directions. Restaurant staff were quick and courteous in the morning breakfast - loved the buffet! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
