  An extremely professional company that delivers excellent customer service and high quality installation. Shane is very responsive and dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of his customers. They installed two new doors for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors!

  If you want a great company to install your windows and doors, you have to choose Eco Ottawa, Windows, doors, siding and roofing. This company is amazing! I am a realtor and therefore use alot of service people in my line of work and have spoken to alot of window companies to add to my book of business. I recommend alot of service people to my clients as they are getting ready to sell their homes and Eco Ottawa is the only company that I recommend to my clients for windows and doors as they are who I used on my own home. The owner Shane Frederick is an absolute gem!! He personally comes to your house and meets with you, takes the measurements, is your personal contact person and after the installation will come by to make sure that everything went well! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! He is so friendly, caring and has amazing patience especially with me as I was indecisive. This company treats their clients like family and will make sure that everything is going well and you know that should anything arise - they are just a phone call away to take care of you. I know that when I refer this company to my clients that they will be well taken care of and that Shane and his crew will do everything they can to make sure that my clients are cared for in the same way that I take care of them and that truly sets my mind at ease. This company is reliable, dependable, responsible and honest - they tell you what they are going to do, give you a quote and time frame and they stick to it! Their installation crew are top notch... they show up on time and if they happen to run into traffic they make sure they call and are extremely courteous and aware that your time is precious so don't leave you in the dark. The installation crew came in my house and were so polite and careful of my possessions - I have tons of plants around my house and they were even careful with them to try not to damage them in any way. Once the installation was over, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and taken away and I think I found only 1 piece of metal that was in one of my plants that I saw when I cut it down for the winter. They were amazing! They said good morning and goodbye at the end of the day and didn't just walk off the job like most do. They cleaned up after themselves inside the house as well and made sure that everything was protected which meant alot to me. The quality of the windows we had installed is top notch and we have not had any problem at all with them but I know if we ever did that Shane is only a phone call away and he will make sure that he takes care of things for me and that give me such a great feeling to know that myself and my clients have that service! I do the best I can for my clients and always make sure that I do a high quality job when I am buying or selling a house and make sure that I go above and beyond the work scope and I know that Eco Ottawa Windows, Doors, Siding and Roofing do the exact same thing so they are the only company that I will refer to my clients for Windows and Doors. I haven't used them for roofing or siding but I know if that ever comes up I will have no problem referring them for that as well as I know that Shane is the driving force behind that as well and I know that he would ensure that everything is done well and that my clients are happy!! When you are dealing with this company.... it doesn't feel like you are dealing with a company... it feels like you are dealing with family that you can rely on and that is a great feeling in this day and age!   I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the product, the skill and professionalism of the installers, and the fact that everybody in this company goes the extra mile to provide courteous service and impeccable attention to detail. We have now used them three times...twice for windows and most recently for a new patio door. Installing it and framing it so that it looked perfect was quite the task, as we live in an old home, which means that while it has loads of character, nothing is perpendicular. Shane and his team colour-matched the outside frame with our other exterior trim, and took incredible care to make sure that it was installed and trimmed to look fabulous. After the job, the clean up was so good you wouldn't have known the installers had been there. This is a company that uses high quality products, has very skilled employees, but provides its services at a very reasonable price point. Trust me, you won't regret hiring them.

  I have 13 windows replaced by Eco Ottawa Windows & Doors. I have chosen the LowE 270/i89 technology. Shane took the time to educate me on the current window technology. He answered all my questions on cost, warranty, reliability, workmanship and performance. He got in touch with the window supplier to address some of the technical questions I have. I am very happy with the high quality of workmanship delivered by Shane's team in the window installation.
