  really helpful staff, bilingual even trilingual, which is nice for me as a francophone. But the main point was that they had a wonderful selection for someone who is trying to buy several gifts for different people. J'ai beaucoup apprecier la qualite et la grande selection de bijoux et chapeaux.

  Now in its 30th year in business Eclection is Ottawa's #1 location for handmade accessories. Over 50, mainly local, artisans and designers are represented in the collection which is extensive and ever changing. The owners and the staff are all artists and artisans, and very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Eclection is located in the heart of Ottawa's historic Byward Market in the heritage 55 Byward Market Square building on the east side facing William Street. Open 363 days a year!

  Such a great store! There is more than just clothes. They have a marvellous selection of hats and an interesting array of jewellery. There are many small collections of artists-designers work and one can spend a long time just taking it all in. Very helpful staff too.
