  Difficult to make personal contact. Phone calls invariably go to an answering machine. Once contact was established, service was efficient & quite acceptable. I paid for their services by credit card over the phone. Subsequently, I have 4 times, since January 29th 2018, tried by telephone without any success to obtain a receipt for their services to file a medical insurance claim. Since publishing this review, I proceeded to write them a letter on March 19th, asking for this needed receipt. As of today's date April 27th 2018, and another phone message today, I still have not heard anything from them. Accordingly, I am reducing my review to 1 star, because of their poor followup.
