They were quick to respond to my inquiry through their contact form on the website and that was crucial for my last minute rental.

  Poor service - overcharged on credit card Truck had garbage and cans of paint inside, I left a voice message advising them of this immediately. They still charged me but later reversed because they found the voice mail. There was another charge for not leaving fueling receipt (which I also left in the truck). They said they'd reverse if I get proof from credit card statement. I said it's a $9 charge, you charged $20 for the mess, why not reverse the $9 since you gave me a dirty truck to start with. Agent refused - will never use again.
