::AVOID THE PARKING LOT - IMMEDIATE TOW I had an absolutely atrocious experience parking at the Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre, due to the policy of the property owners.. I used to live near the lot at James/Gilmour where parking was free on weekends. Parked this morning (there were a total of three cars in the lot) without realizing that the process had changed, was gone for literally an hour and returned to find my car had been towed. I paid $355 to get it back from the impound yard (where it sat for a total of under an hour). Although I understand it is on the person to read the relevant signage, it is an absolute travesty that the property owner has allowed the lot management company to obviously drive around looking for vehicles to tow immediately for profit. My major concern is due to the fact that this plaza is often used by seniors accessing the Centre. AVOID PARKING IN THE LOT - much less expensive to park on the street in the event that the lot owners make a mistake and tow away your vehicle!

::This was my second time at this lab and had the worst experience. The nurse that took my blood samples hurt me so much that left my arm bruised for more than a week. I kept telling her that I was in pain to consider that I am also pregnant but she kept ignoring me. That nurse needs some practice and I don't know how those people get hired like that. Leaving in pain for more than a week it's not normal at all.

::Needs improvement: Should not have faulty online check in system. After waiting 70 min for a 30 min expected waiting time, had to head back to work. Second day I checked in online and went there at 3:55 pm but they did not accept me saying that it is a system fault. Asked me to go back on Monday and they will take me in right away. What to say? Thank god I wasn't in emergency condition.
