  I have had them lose my lease twice and I have ask for a phone call for two weeks and still have not received that . There customer service is not that good

  Amazing experience thus far. I really like that they are open late so you can order from them in the evenings. Very convenient for people working during the day. The prices are affordable, and there is no first time registration fees. There is a free truck to move your items which was very helpful and lock and keys are provided (free again). Friendly service from all the employees I interacted with. Great facility. 10/10 would recommend.

  There are reasons that these guys are the best in town. They are fast and very courteous. When you buy packing supplies they always ask to offer help to carry them to your car. Always nice and clean top to bottom. Washrooms are clean and dry.

  Excellent customer service! That’s the only place I will be going to for any moving or storage related matters. Very satisfied and very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. 5 stars out of 5!
