  Great place for those big and tall to find a wide selection of suits, business casual, and casual clothing. Each time I have been to this location the staff have been extremely helpful in picking styles and sizes. You can collect points with each purchase towards a monetary reward that is valued in USD. Being offered a bottle of water each time I've been there is also a nice touch.

  My experience was great, not pushy or of Putting. Offered my husband and I water while we tried on a selection of shoes. Great service!! Just wish you could Buy on line and pick up in store.

  Visited the new store in Ajax loved the service, greeted by all, young lady gave us the update on all about the store. Sizes were great but most of all style was bang on. Beautiful selection. Also I just loved the fragrance in the air. One problem went home went online tried purchasing a few more items and the free shipping and promo code wouldn't kick in. Going to phone their online no.

  Absolutely thrilled that DXL is now in Canada. Contacted customer service on line had a very informative conversation with on line rep. Went to the Ajax store. Absolutely blown away with the selection and size availability. Outstanding customer service and product. I WILL shop here again and have been singing the praises of this store to everyone I meet. DXL is a much needed store for any style BIG MAN!
