  Dr. Serge saved me from bad diagnosis and the root canals he made are the object of admiration by other dentists till today. The job was done in 2005. I have not a problem with those healed teeth. He is an expert in what he does and can advise honestly. This is just the opposite experience I am getting from many other dentists. Ofelia is great looking after your month hygiene in a modern progressive way, using natural oils and ingredients. They made a great team.

  Dr. Serge and his multilingual staff made me feel welcomed and in safe hands. The moment you walk in to the clinic you feel like home and the anxiety from the upcoming dental work vanishes. They take their time to explain the procedures to you, which is not common among dentists these days. My treatment started with wondeful supportive periodontal treatment specialist Ofelia that made sure I was okay and informed about my oral health, then Dr. Serge stepped in and did a check up and then two fillings. Didnt feel the freezing and never had any sensitivity or pain afterwards either. What else can I wish for?

  Do not trust any good reviews here - they are family members trying to give them a boost!!! Came here in 2014 for a check up and cleaning. I had told the dentist that I had a heart condition and needed to take antibiotics before a cleaning (as per my cardiologist). She said it was fine and that it was only needed for more invasive procedures. During my cleaning I felt like the tools they used were unclean - and low and behold, I was exceptionally ill for two weeks afterward. During this time they called me repeatedly to set up a next appointment. When I felt better I came in and told them that I will never come back as I spoke to my cardiologist and was told that having such a sore throat for weeks after visit indeed means their tools were unclean and that under no circumstance should I have had a cleaning without antibiotics first. My new dentist office, Broadway Dental are exceptionally professional and have always enforced this rule in addition to seeing how differently they handle their tools and clean them - this Alter Bio Dental office now looks feels like I was getting work done in a third world country. I didn't want to make a big deal of it at the time, so I went in to pay the difference on my bill that my insurance didn't cover and told them to stop calling me. They didn't, and for years kept trying to get me to come back. Yesterday I received an invoice with a threat at the bottom that my long overdue bill will be sent to collections. First, I had paid them. Or had I? Who was the young woman who took my cc # at the front desk that day? Should I be worried? It's been three years.... where am I finding this receipt now? Convenient they waited so long if you ask me. Second, not once in three years did I ever get a call about payment (only a rebooking) or another letter. Unacceptable. I called them to talk about this and the lady still insists I didn't need antibiotics. Such shady practices if you ask me. Avoid this place at all costs - the BBB will be investigating them.

  Absolutely Rude and Dishonest Dr. and staffs. My friend went to see Dr. Serge. She had bad experiences in this clinic. The staff and Dr. Serge made laugh at her appearance and they also cheated on her. The staff told her that they would only charge for X-ray but my friend was actually charged $50 extra other than X-ray fees. After she signed to pay $800 for a filling(over priced), the dental hygienist, Oferia became rude and unhelpful. My friend post her review here but it was deleted. Right after that, Ofelia her self and many people posted very good reviews at same time. They also cheat on google review pretending as they are patients! It is very shameful and unprofessional. I don't recommend this clinic at all.

  We are faithful patients of Dr Agafontsev since 2007. My sons first baby tooth was treated here and all his adult teeth are healthy and beautiful thanks to Dr. Agafontsev's care and gentelnness. Times fly, however we feel thankful that we can always rely on the professionalism and great skills of our dentist. Thank you for being with us! I fully recommend my dentist to all in need.
