  Been a patient of Dr rivers since early 2000's. I had tremendous acne scarring. I have been seening him at his practice over the last decade for different procedures. I have had fraxel repair/restore, Co2 lasers, I have had fillers on my cheeks,temples, lips, and used fillers to plump up some scars successfully. I also get Botox once or twice a year. I will go back this year for a thermage treatment . I cannot say enough about this mans skill. To this day my skin is radiant and it's visibly hard to see any scarring.I'd say I had an 80/90% improvement in how my face looks. I get compliments all the time. It's not something that happens overnight, but if you are depressed about your skin, pacific Derm can help. They helped me. I love Dr. rivers and his team. Kind people that know skin ❤️❤️❤️

  Very disappointed. I need to get botox injected in my jaw to stop teeth grinding. Nothing complicated, my dentist has done it a couple of times by she can't supply a prescription (for me to claim on my employer health benefits). I contacted Dr. Rivers office four times to see if they could provide this as a prescription. Four times and I have yet to receive and answer. They say we'll call you back and they never do. It's worrying that the staff don't seem to know much about the services they provide - how complicated can this be? I could have found another doctor by this time
