  The location is convenient however the receptionists and nurses barely answer the phones when you really to speak to them. That is a very poor quality on their side. Their phone doesn't take messages and I think even it did they wouldn't check it.

  Doctor is great but the receptionist needs changing been trying for 5 days to call them over 100 times then today the lady at the front desk hung up on me 7 times I said please stop hanging up on me . She replied with I'm not I'm just the only person taking calls today so the phones don't turn off.. so she turns the phones off if shes getting to many calls. How in professional they need to hire her some help or replace her she told me she cant even call in sick

  Been my doctor since 1999. He is awesome. Love him to bits. Very gentle and knows his stuff. Thanks to him I have a second child!

  Dr. Rousseau is one of the best doctors I came across. Knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to listen and answer your questions. All nurses and staff are courteous and very helping. Recommended for gynae and pregnancy related issues. Paid parking, convenient location.

  Dr Shabib is fantastic. He is kind and approachable but very knowledgeable and professional. He is one of the rare Doctors that will actually take time to listen to you. Sometimes (but not always) he runs a little late, I assume because he is so thorough with each patient. I wish every Doctor was like Dr Shabib.
