  Been out of a car for well over a month. Tried to give my car back with more problems. Cosmetic damage turned into power steering and ABS Warning lights flashing. It was already a pain trying to book in with them and get this all fixed. They have tried to give me over 3 different stories. Don Vito couldn’t keep a story straight from everyone who have been calling me. MPI AND DONVITO LEFT ME HANGING and neither cared. No rental, no sympathy, and just frustrated at this whole ordeal. They kept saying my car is fine to drive and they can't do anything for me. Since they diagnosed it, they are not to blame. Then they said it could be part of the accident, and then again it wasn’t. No one knows what half truth will spill out next. Now MPI AND Don Vito is placing each other in the blame game. No one is giving me a straight answer other than blaming one another. I really wish I didn't bring it to Don Vito for the "Convenience" of a one stop shop for both MPI and a bodyshop. Now I have to bring it to MPI and do this all over again, back to the original thing I was trying to avoid because lovely MPI suggesting the place. DO NOT go here for convenience. it will NOT be convenient. Just people pretending to be nice until they take more money from you. They seemed nice at first, but now that there’s a problem, they will avoid anything to be blamed. Pretending to be nice does not fix my car with more problems. Thanks for the inconvenience.

  Super friendly and helpful! Front reception staff are very nice - lent me a charger for my phone when it was dying. Derek the estimator who looked st my car was SUPER friendly and personable. He went above and beyond to provide me the appropriate information on what was going on in lay mans terms. Very nice guy!! I can tell they are the type of place that will not try and suck you out of money and are honest about what things will cost. Very trustworthy. Wonderful location and staff!! 5 stars and beyond! UPDATE: I got my car back from repairs and my experience with Don Vito continues to be phenomenal! They went above and beyond with the sparks, everything looks so great and they did a little extra work to fix up my front block heater plug in! They didn’t need to do that but they did and I’m so thankful! They also detailed the outside AND inside of my vehicle. I have never had an experience like that even at an expensive dealership. I continue to stand by this review and with the amazing follow through of fixing my car, putting that extra work in and detailing it I would give an even higher rating then 5 if I could!

  I brought my Jeep in for some Autopac work and couldn't be happier. Super friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Fixed my vehicle perfectly and gave me back a shiny, clean Jeep. Would definitely use them again for any other work needed.

  Porsche center even not recommended to do body repair in Donvito. The service are not bad, but never pick up the phone.For the repair,I have involved two accidents and send my Porsche to the only one body shop, (before there are only one choice for Porsche ) First accident it took me 3 mouths for the repair and They didn’t reset the program I have to drive back in the all second day. Second accident it took me 6mouths for the repair from 2017 September to 2018 March. It display the tire check system are not work. When I ask the technician， they told me they never touch tire you should drive view hours and wait it active and they don’t have the computer to check the program. Until last week I sent the Porsche to Porsche center to do the service, they found the problem happened because the Donvito lost one part when they repair the car! I like Porsche and the Porsche center are excellent service but when you involve an accident and sent your Porsche to Donvito, you won’t be a loyal Porsche customer anymore. By the way I bought Cadillac because they own themselves body shop.
