::Had an awful experience today at this location. The manager (name omitted on purpose) took my order and my cash. Then he proceeded to give me my change and returned to the kitchen to make pizzas without washing his hands. When I told him directly about what I had witnessed and also that I was in the restaurant business as well, he apologized and said he was just so busy that he forgot. Seriously?!!! There's no excuse for that. Their hand washing sink is right behind their POS system. On top of his excuse, he did not even bother to actually wash his hands (it was quiet and he had time) and instead went right back into the kitchen to manipulate ingredients and utensils. I asked to speak to him again to get a refund. That might have been the end of it, and I would have just never returned to this location or the one on Victoria in Greenfield Park (same owner), but then he goes on to add that (likely because I am Asian looking and mentioned I am in restaurant business) he knows many Chinese restaurants where they do not wash their hands also. This racist comment left me speechless. I am not Chinese, but even if I were, it amazed me to think that he was trying to justify his actions by saying that other establishments do the same. I called the other Dominos location in Greenfield Park and got in touch with the district manager. He was super nice to me, and he responded the way I expected the manager should have. He offered me a free pizza, but I will never return to a place where the manager has complete disregard for a basic food safety procedure such as washing hands, and where the manager is also racist. Makes me wonder how the other staff are being trained and are being led by example.

::Ordered a pizza online after a very trying day on the road. It was delivered quickly, was delicious, and the delivery person was very friendly and appreciative of the tip. I'd order from them again any time.
